The art of time
An artisan’s touch for a perfect seed selection, a long cultivation process and undivided, constant attention. We rush nothing.
Our Christmas Carol® hellebores are shaped by traditional techniques and precision expertise. A slow development, inherited from historical knowledge, transforming patience and high standards into an exceptional hellebore.
Time is not a constraint; it is our most precious asset.
A naturally contemporary icon
More than a plant, with its proudly postured blooms, it is a visual signature that infuses your interiors with a sharp, stylish and enduring aesthetic.
The Christmas table
The Christmas Carol hellebore invites itself to the heart of your celebrations, replacing the ephemeral with the essential. Its pure white flowers compliment with linen, glassware, and candlelight, imposing a calm, effortless elegance.
Colors for Christmas, year after year outside
The pure white of the ‘Christmas Carol’ hellebore does not fade after Christmas: it takes root in the garden, permanently.
Conceived for the exceptional, this variety offers the unique privilege of radiating for up to fifteen days in the heart of your home before stepping outside.
Rustic and perennial, this hellebore sustains the holiday glow, turning it into a luminous signature that will dress your garden or balcony, year after year.
Today, the centerpiece of your celebrations; tomorrow, the icon of your winters.
Maintaining the glow all winter long
Outside planting
When: From September to May. Ideally in December, during its flowering season.
Where: In open ground (beds) or in pots (terraces and balconies).
Distance: Space each plant 30 to 40 cm apart for a striking visual impact.
Watering
The recommended watering frequency is moderate.
Indoors: Regular yet measured watering. The soil should remain slightly damp. Never let water stagnate at the bottom of the pot to protect the roots.
Outdoors: Water regularly during the first few months to assist root establishment. Once again maintain moist but not saturated conditions. Afterwards, Christmas Carol becomes entirely self-sufficient.
Care
A remarkably effortless plant requiring minimal care.
In spring, after the flowering season, add a touch of compost or fertilizer to fortify Christmas Carol for the following winter.
Outside location
The right spot is in shade or partial shade. Ideal for sheltered balconies and the secret corners of the garden. Perfect location for longenvity is beside a south- or west-facing wall for shelter.
